Personal Hygiene, Home Hygiene and Sleep Hygiene:
Hygiene: It simply means as Cleanliness everywhere. It is a part of healthy active life. It is necessary for healthy living. There are many types of Hygienic Practices. 
 
·    Hand Hygiene: Wash your hands after every activity very well. Use soap, rinse with clean water and dry very well with a clean towel. So that you will eliminate, soil, dust and microbes from hands. Be very careful after toilet. You have to wash well. Good hand hygiene is a part of healthy active living and Hand washing reduces the spread of pathogenic microorganisms such as salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, e. coli, enterobacter sakazakii etc that are transmitted through food.
 
·    Oral Hygiene: Tips for healthy mouth, teeth and gums; Clean your teeth twice a day after breakfast and before sleeping. After meals drink water. It will wash your teeth and mouth. Use a normal toothbrush with soft bristels. Use fluoride toothpaste always. Don`t rinse your mouth after teeth cleaning. Spit out. Don`t smoke. Don`t drink very cold and very hot liquids. Always wash your hands before teeth cleaning. Always wash and rinse your toothbrush after each brushing. Replace toothbrush offen.
 
·    Home Hygiene: Wash and/or clean regularly your clothes, bed, furniture, quilt,  curtain, glass, bath, toilet etc. Clean the rooms regularly with HEPA filtered broom. Regularly disinfect bath, toilet and sinks. Please note that the pets can contribute contamination at your home and can create allergic reactions at family. They will contaminate every where with their saliva, hair, skin, faeces etc. Ventilate your home daily very well.These are essential for healthy active life without health problems.
 
·    Sleep Hygiene: Your sleeping room should be free from dust, noise, well ventilated, very comfortable bed and quilt, clean curtain with fresh air etc. The sleeping room should be used for only sleeping.
 
·    Personal Hygiene: Good personal hygiene is necessary to prevent ilness away from us. It is necessary to wash your hands and body regularly to keep hands and body clean and good smell. The daily bathing is necessary to protect body well clean and good body odor. These are necessary fo healthy active life.
 
·    Personal Hygiene for women and men:  Make daily bathing. Rinse your body and genital organs with clean water very well. Dry immediately with clean towel or dry paper. This the part of healthy active life and well-being
 
·    Beauty at home: High hygienic conditiones and cleanliness at home will bring you and your family good health and wellness in your life.
 
·    Hygiene for moms and mothers: please wash your hands regularly after every action. Bath daily to protect your breast well clean for your baby.
